How to Navigate The Dashboard and 3-D Views The Atellica® Process Manager home screen dashboard can be viewed in a 3D view format or in a grid view. Both views have the following alert screens to choose from: view and manage alerts, resolving alerts and acknowledging alerts.         The Atellica® Process Manager combines process management features into a single application that provides laboratory personnel with centralized instrument data monitoring and management. The dashboard provides three-dimensional (3D) views of the laboratory, provide at-a-glance instrument and sample status and define the specific issues that require immediate attention. The dashboard also provides real-time views of priority samples and productivity.     The Atellica® Process Manager: Is a software-only product Connects to the Data Router which routes data to the Atellica Process Manager from all other connections (except the Analytics server) Connects to the Analytics server, providing data for the Analytics reports The Atellica Process Manager may also connect to the following depending on the lab's configuration: Data Management System (DMS)  Atellica Connectivity Manager  Atellica Data Manager or CentraLink Aptio Automation The Atellica® Process Manager home screen dashboard can be viewed in a 3D view format or in a grid view. The color of the flag indicates the severity of the alert. Each row of the list displays a message flag to describe the type of alert, a message describing what needs to be resolved, the instrument to which the alert belongs, when the incident occurred and how long the alert has elapsed.33D View Managing Alerts The 3D View screen allows the operator to mark alerts Acknowledged or Resolved by first selecting a particular instrument that shows an alert in the software. A pop-up box will appear with the alerts listed in grid form. Once the operator selects a specific alert listed in the grid, they have the option to select Acknowledge or Mark Resolved in the software. Laboratories have the option of entering notes about the alerts into the enter note text box that appears in the popup box located next to the alerts pop-up box. CalloutsAlerts listed in grid formEnter note text box appears The 3D View screen allows the operator to mark alerts Acknowledged or Resolved by first selecting a particular instrument the shows an alert in the software. A pop-up box will appear with the alerts listed in grid form. Once the operator selects a specific alert listed in the grid, they have the option to select Acknowledge or Mark Resolved in the software. Laboratories have the option of entering notes about the alerts into the enter note text box that appears in the popup box located next to the alerts pop-up box. Tab TitleTextView and manage alertsAlerts are separated into 5 different categories and have three different severity levels:   Categories Severities Instrument Informational Inventory Warning User-Defined Critical Communication The color of the flag indicates the severity of the alert System   Resolving alerts To resolve an alert: Select Home>3D View. Hover the pointer above any instrument to see the instrument name.  Select an instrument flag. Select Mark Resolved. Some alerts, such as inventory and communication issues, are automatically resolved in Process Manager when the issues are resolved at the instrument. The resolved button is disabled for these issues. Resolved alerts are removed from the 3D View and subtracted from the count on the alerts zone dashboard tile. The resolved alerts appear on the Recently Resolved area of the Active Alerts grid, as well as the associated instrument dashboard. Acknowledging Alerts To acknowledge alerts: Select Home>3D View. Select an instrument. Select the alert row. Select Acknowledge. Selecting Acknowledge lets other lab users know that you are attempting to resolve this alert.  To reopen the alert for other users, select Unacknowledged. Dashboard Icons Learn more about the dashboard icons View time of day. View username, sign in or out.  Change text size- small, medium or large.
